Product Introduction
Modular Architecture Design:
Employs an innovative modular, decoupled design where the wheeled chassis and humanoid upper body can be separated. The upper body integrates the head, dual arms, and torso to precisely replicate human-like interaction and collaboration, while the lower body utilizes a mobile wheeled chassis. The entire system can operate independently as a complete robot, or the upper body can be detached and flexibly adapted to other chassis models or integrated with other RealMan dual-arm platforms for versatile deployment.
21 Active Degrees of Freedom (DOF):
Features 21 active degrees of freedom across the body, including 14 DOF for the dual arms, 3 DOF for the waist, 2 DOF for the legs, and 2 DOF for the neck. Supports the addition of multi-DOF dexterous hands or grippers according to task requirements, granting the robot high kinematic flexibility and adaptability in complex scenarios.
Multi-Sensor Fusion Perception:
Integrates 5 depth cameras, 3 fisheye cameras, 1 LiDAR, 2 IMUs, a head-mounted microphone array, and optional tactile sensors to enable 3D reconstruction, obstacle detection, object and gesture recognition, autonomous navigation, sound source localization, and contact sensing.
High Accessibility in Narrow Passages:
Optimized chassis and torso structures deliver a compact body cross-section and a minimal turning radius. Both the chassis width and shoulder width are kept within 465 mm, enabling the robot to navigate effortlessly through narrow hallways and high-density indoor environments to execute tasks efficiently.
Open Ecosystem Compatibility:
Supports flexible integration across various ecosystems. The data collection version comes standard with the Orbbec 335LG, while the standard version features the Intel RealSense D405, with an optional Intel RealSense D435. Deeply compatible with mainstream grippers and dexterous hands from vendors such as OyMotion, BrainCo, and ZeroErr, as well as RealMan robotic arm platforms like the RX75, RM75, and RM65, offering developers extensive expansion options.
